Service area

Drive times, published. Including the long ones.

Our two-hour P1 onsite commitment applies in the core service area. Outside it, remote response commitments are identical and onsite work is scheduled. Rather than describe that vaguely, here is the actual drive from our office to each market.

What the distinction means

Core and regional are different promises.

A provider that claims uniform same-day onsite across five states is either exaggerating or has offices it has not mentioned. We have one office, so we publish the drive.

Core service area. Roughly ninety minutes from Nashville. Two-hour P1 onsite, four-hour P2 onsite, next-business-day P3. This is Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Montgomery, and Warren County, Kentucky.

Regional. Knoxville, Chattanooga, Huntsville, Dalton, and Memphis. Identical remote response commitments — the 15-minute P1 first response does not change with distance — with onsite work scheduled rather than same-day. In practice, for a genuine clinical emergency in a regional market, an engineer gets in a car.

If your practice needs guaranteed same-day onsite in a regional market, say so early. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet it, and if we cannot we will name someone who can.
