Short, because we collect very little.

This covers the website only. How we handle protected health information as a business associate is governed by the Business Associate Agreement executed with each client, which is a different and considerably longer document.

What this site collects

  • What you type into a form. Name, organization, email, phone, and whatever you write in the message field. We use it to reply to you.
  • Standard server logs. IP address, user agent, and requested URL, retained by our hosting provider.

What this site does not do

  • The readiness check and the pricing calculator run entirely in your browser. Your answers and your inputs are not transmitted to us or to anyone else. Nothing is stored.
  • We do not run third-party advertising trackers, session recording, or cross-site pixels.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share form submissions with anyone.
  • We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a different form. If you want the newsletter you have to ask for the newsletter.

Never send us ePHI through this website

Not in a form, not by email to a published address. If you need to send us something containing protected health information, ask and we will give you a secure path. This applies to prospective clients too — a screenshot of a ticket queue with patient names in it is a disclosure.

Retention

Form submissions are retained in our customer relationship management system for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
